My Story
Life has a way of changing when you least expect it. After suffering three strokes and facing serious health challenges, I found myself in a place I never imagined. Physically.Emotionally. Mentally. I was told my best years were behind me. I refused to believe that. Step by step, I began rebuilding my health through better nutrition, lifestyle changes, education, and exploring new approaches that worked for me. RestoreSet isn't about quick fixes. It's about sharing my journey honestly so others know they're not alone. If my story can help even one person believe life can improve again, then every challenge has had a purpose.
My Journey
01 — LIFE BEFORE
I had a full life. A good life.
I was active, driven and always looking ahead.
Fitness was part of who I was. I had goals, dreams and people who depended on me.
I never imagined how quickly it could all change.
02 — THREE STROKES
In one moment, everything changed.
Three strokes. No warning. No control.
My world stopped. My body stopped.
My future felt gone.
I was told my best years were behind me.
03 — ROCK BOTTOM
The darkest chapter of my life.
I couldn't walk. I couldn't talk properly.
I couldn't even show on my own.
Depression tried to take me.
But something inside said, "Not today."
04 — FIGHTING BACK
One decision. One step. One day at a time.
I refused to quit. I studied everything I could.
I rebuilt my body, my mind and my belief.
It wasn't easy. There were days I wanted to give up.
But I kept showing up.
05 — REBUILT. REFOCUSED. RESTORESET.
I was given another chance.
Today, I'm living proof that change is possible.
I've made it my mission to help others do the same.
