A Letter From Stuart

Welcome to the very first edition of the RestoreSet Journal.

If you're reading this, you're probably looking for answers. Maybe you've been told that feeling exhausted, gaining weight, struggling with your health, or simply losing hope is "just part of getting older."

I believed that too.

But this isn't a newsletter about selling products.

It's about sharing a journey.

A journey that almost ended before it had the chance to begin again.

Over the coming months, I'm going to share my story exactly as it happened. The good days, the darkest days, the setbacks, and ultimately the hope that changed my life.

If even one part of my story helps someone believe they can find hope again, then every word will have been worth writing.

 The Day Everything Changed 

 Life has a strange way of changing in a single moment.

 For years I believed my future was already written. I had a family, children I loved dearly, and I thought I knew what the years ahead would look like.

 Then one day everything changed.

I discovered that my partner had been unfaithful.

No matter how strong you believe you are, there are moments in life that completely shake your world. The shock wasn't just emotional. It felt as though someone had pulled the foundations from underneath me.

At the time, I didn't realise that emotional trauma could affect the body so profoundly.

Looking back now, I can see the signs.

• 🌙 Sleepless nights
• 🧠 Constant stress
• 🌀 Anxiety
• 💭 Racing thoughts
• 🍽️ Not eating properly
• 
  

 The feeling that I was simply surviving one day at a time. 

I had no idea my body was already beginning to pay the price.

Looking Back

If I could sit beside the version of myself from that day, I wouldn't tell him everything was going to be easy.
Because it wasn't.
I wouldn't tell him the road ahead would be smooth.
Because it certainly wasn't.
But I would tell him one thing.

 

Don't give up.

Even when life feels impossible, your story isn't finished.
